Head of Risk

Arthur has partnered exclusively with a growing General Insurer to hire a new Head of Risk. They cover both Personal and Commercial lines, and the business and function are undergoing an exciting transformation, led by a highly respected executive team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and embedding the risk management framework, re-defining the risk culture, and leading an effective team. You will have three direct reports, each with expertise in operational risk, insurance risk, and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have strong General Insurance experience, ideally in either Personal or Commercial lines, be a strong communicator, and an effective leader.
