About the Role - You will be considered if:

• You have a minimum of two years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
• You have experience winning new business with new clients
• You have a proven record of billing well booking in either contract and/or perm (TTP)
• You actively source and qualify candidates
• You manage the client's needs and expectations
• You maintain strong relationships in the market
• You've built a solid network
