- 3+ years of installation experience, preferably in medical or military sectors.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and ability to work with hand/power tools.

Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex (& sites based around the UK)
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP38,000
Term: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday
RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join their client's growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a specialist team within the medical and military sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Generally, work will be on site, with occasional time spent at the office in Saffron Walden.
- Working as part of a specialist installation team, within the medical and military sectors.
- Travel within the UK and overseas.
- Generally working on site, with occasional time spent at the office in Saffron Walden.
- Installing and servicing pneumatic systems.
- Be prepared to work away from home Monday - Friday where necessary.
- At least 3 years of similar installation experience; any experience within the defence or medical sectors would also be an advantage.
- Knowledge of woodworking equipment would be an advantage.
- Ability to weld; however, training can be given.
- Have a good knowledge of site Health & Safety.
- Have good written & spoken English.
- Be physically fit.
- To be able to attend site meetings where necessary.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence, and be over 25 for insurance purposes.
- Have a good knowledge of hand and power tools.
- You must have a British Passport for security clearance.
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday (this may differ depending on company travel requirements)
