Deputy Nursery Manager

Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager for a large purpose-built early years day care setting in the Bristol area.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hrs per week.

In order to be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager in the Bristol area you will need:

• Senior level experience within an early years setting
• Level 3 in childcare / early years.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• A passionate and positive attitude

The role of Deputy Nursery Manager will include:

• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
• Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with children and their families according to the curriculum
• Overseeing the smooth running and high-quality practice across the Nursery
• Leading on planning
• Dealing with outside agencies
