National Highways have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Team Manager to join our Planning and Development team in the East region. The Engineering Team Manager will manage National Highways Operational Technology assets and will lead a team of engineers in identifying and prioritising asset needs and developing preliminary solutions for renewal or improvement. The Engineering Team Manager will also contribute to the region's long-term asset management plan to deliver National Highways strategic objectives.
This role can be based from our Bedford, Cambridge or Ipswich office.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
