Are you a diligent and detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging role? A Tier 1 Client of ours is currently seeking a talented Finishing Foreman to join their esteemed team and get their current project over the line.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain the highest standards of building practices.
2. Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with building specifications and regulations.
3. Ensure quality standards are met and maintain records for compiling O&M manuals.
4. Plan and manage the activities of finishing trades to ensure timely project completion.
5. Site Inductions and daily briefings.
6. Health and Safety and safe working practice.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the project.
2. Strong understanding of building specifications and regulations.
3. Experience in compiling information for O&M manuals and managing project documentation.
4. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise finishing trades effectively.
