As a Senior Program Manager for our Payment Services team, you'll shape customer incentivization strategies across 8 countries, collaborating with banks and financial partners to create seamless payment experiences. This role offers an opportunity to drive significant impact through innovative payment solutions and promotional programs that enhance the digital commerce experience for thousands of merchants.
You'll start your day reviewing program performance metrics and coordinating with banking partners on upcoming promotions. You might join a strategy session with marketing teams to plan campaign visibility, then work with analytics teams to measure program effectiveness. Your afternoon could involve presenting program results to leadership or collaborating with customer support to enhance user experience.
Our Payment Services team operates at the intersection of technology and financial services, serving over 3,000 merchants across multiple markets. We're a diverse group of professionals focused on creating innovative payment solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security and customer experience.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.
