Conveyancer - Remote Working

A highly respected (CQS accredited) law firm is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join them, with the option of being fully remote.

The successful Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will take responsibility for managing their own quality case load of residential property matters to include:

1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Remortgage
3. Shared ownership and staircasing
4. Transfer of equity
5. New build

The successful Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will join an established team, where although you will be working from home, you will very much feel part of a successful organisation. There are options to work without support, or from dedicated Paralegal support (the latter will require you to offer mentoring and guidance as the firm typically takes on bright law graduates on a development path).

Your case load will average 25 new files per month (with dedicated Paralegal support) or 18 new files per month (without dedicated Paralegal support). All work is of a high quality, developed through a variety of referrers.

The successful Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive will offer the following background/skill set:

1. At least 3 years experience of residential conveyancing
2. Ideally to be qualified (FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) although experienced, non-qualified staff will be considered
3. To be highly organised and able to manage your own case load without support/supervision
4. Demonstrate a solid technical knowledge akin to your level of experience
5. To be client focused
6. A solid history of working to (and exceeding) financial targets
