Store Associate – Violante Nessi (Luxury Women’s Fashion)

Violante Nessi is a luxury women’s fashion brand renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and dedication to modern femininity. Our boutique at 70 Cadogan Place in London offers a personalized shopping experience, reflecting our brand’s commitment to sophistication and quality.

We are seeking a passionate Store Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service while embodying the essence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.
• Ensure a luxury shopping experience, from welcoming customers to completing sales transactions.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring the store always looks immaculate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and product transfers.
• Support in organizing private appointments and VIP client experiences.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.

Brand Representation & Client Engagement

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of Violante Nessi.
• Support marketing initiatives, including in-store events and client outreach.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor brands to provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Luxury retail experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred) within fashion, accessories, or similar high-end industries.
• Strong clienteling skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of styling and garment construction.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Italian, French, or Arabic are a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to the needs of an evolving luxury retail landscape.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software.
