Outline of Role

The position will be to join an existing team to provide extra resource in response to a significant increase in workload. Projects are based towards the commercial retail sector, with the role requiring you to manage a varied portfolio of contracts from initial enquiry through to final accounts. Experience in fast paced schemes and reactive works would be ideal although not essential.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  1. Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams
  2. Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings
  3. Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team
  4. Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates
  5. Attend and manage on-site scheme phases
  6. Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary
  7. Perform site surveys
  8. Ensure KPI monitoring is completed weekly
  9. Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times
