Job description

For a Senior Property Negotiator to excel at their role, they will need to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants.
  2. Carrying out property valuations.
  3. Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, and contracting landscaping and snow removal companies.
  4. Handling property inspections for prospective tenants or buyers.
  5. Managing tenant screenings and evictions.
  6. Enforcing occupancy rules.
  7. Preparing regular property-status reports for relevant stakeholders.
  8. Advertising units and negotiating lease terms.
  9. Coordinating maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Coordinator.
  10. Picking up phone calls, calling back clients for all the leads from the portal, and registering clients in our database.
  11. Responding to all emails and following up on email leads.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:30pm
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 yearly
