What You Will Bring To The Table

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and online research.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and conduct thorough needs assessments.
3. Develop and present customised insurance solutions, analysing client data to identify gaps and negotiate terms effectively.
4. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure client satisfaction and exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline building.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

1. 5+ years in business development with a track record of exceeding sales targets (ideally £100,000+).
2. Experience selling to C-Suite leaders, especially Financial Directors, and a strong network in the tech sector.
3. A personable, driven individual with experience in selling technical services or insurance policies preferred.
4. Full driving license and access to a vehicle required.
