The school is looking for an Art Teacher - PRU to join their site in Guildford and provides support for children aged 5-16 years who have a range of learning and behavioural needs due to social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Job Summary

3. Classes range from 6-8 in size with a focus on implementing effective communication techniques.
4. Therapy rooms and designated areas for specialist support from a range of therapists including SALTs, Occupational therapists, psychologists, and counsellors.
5. Specialist communication methods such as Makaton and PECS.
6. Focus on preparation for GCSE subjects and building a curriculum that works for their individual needs.
7. The school likes to focus on sensory teaching and a creative curriculum. You will have a senior teaching assistant and 2-3 additional LSAs in your class to support you.
8. QTS is essential. The school will not consider unqualified teachers.

Salary: £150 - 220 per day, starting April 25.
