Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Air-conditioning and refrigeration required.

Air Conditioning Engineer – Hammersmith – £44,000

Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours: Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to be looking after a Contract located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 – £44,000.

Duties:

Maintaining, repairing, and servicing a large variety of AC and refrigeration systems
Lead a team of Engineers
Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, downflow units, and Heat Pumps
Some minor general maintenance
HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
AHU Plant and associated Equipment
Split System Maintenance
VRV Servicing
Chiller Servicing
AHU Servicing

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) in Air-conditioning and refrigeration
Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, and Air handling units
F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
