Multi Trade Plumber

We are currently looking for a qualified and skilled Multi Trade Plumber to join our successful Planned Maintenance Business covering Wirral and the surrounding areas. You will specialise in bathroom refurbishments and aids and adaptations work, for our reputable Housing client, working in both occupied and unoccupied (void) domestic properties.

The Multi Trade Plumber role:

• Working within our Aids and Adaptation contract you will be fitting adaptive bathrooms.
• You will undertake all domestic plumbing works, as well as wall tiling, basic carpentry, vinyl floor fitting, and decorations.
• The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills when within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings.
• Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team, whilst always working to completion targets and SLAs.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Plumber?

• Qualified Plumber to an NVQ level 2, or similar professional body.
• Demonstrable previous experience of bathroom fitting in a domestic setting.
• Previous experience of also completing other minor trades works as required in the domestic refurbishment setting.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with use of a company van, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Plumber role.
