Job summary

An established industry player is looking for an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support their People and Culture and Commercial teams during a dynamic period of growth through acquisitions. Job description

We are seeking to appoint an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support our client's People and Culture and Commercial teams during a period of rapid growth through acquisitions.

This role will provide expert communications counsel and execution support to ensure effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders, driving engagement, clarity, and positive sentiment throughout the M&A process.

This contract is initially for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage communications during M&A, corporate restructuring, or large-scale change management.
  2. Craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  3. Engage with stakeholders effectively across multiple locations and time zones.
  4. Work with senior leadership and advise on strategic communication initiatives.
  5. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint.
  6. Use data visualization and AI tools to support productivity.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Proven experience in M&A communications.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Previous experience in a contract or interim role within a financial services company is advantageous.
