An established industry player is looking for an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support their People and Culture and Commercial teams during a dynamic period of growth through acquisitions. This role will involve providing expert communications counsel to ensure effective engagement with all stakeholders, fostering clarity and positive sentiment throughout the M&A process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A communications, exceptional communication skills, and experience in a financial services environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies during significant organizational changes.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced M&A Communications Contractor to support our client's People and Culture and Commercial teams during a period of rapid growth through acquisitions.
This role will provide expert communications counsel and execution support to ensure effective communication to all internal and external stakeholders, driving engagement, clarity, and positive sentiment throughout the M&A process.
This contract is initially for a period of 6 months.
