About Climate Arc
Climate Arc (Arc) is a philanthropic organization working to accelerate climate transitions in the real economy by unlocking the trillions of dollars of private capital required to meet global goals. We ensure that financial decision makers have the tools, data, and skillsets needed to direct capital to the necessary solutions at speed and scale.
About The Opportunity
Climate Arc is now hiring for three Program Officer roles. We are seeking motivated professionals to support the effective delivery of our in-house research and data solutions, as well as drive strategic initiatives across Arc. The ideal candidates will be ready to hit the ground running and add value to the team from day one. You are solution-focused and outcome-oriented, able to support multiple activities in parallel and work dynamically and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities, gathering data, conducting research, liaising with partners, and ensuring that Arc's internal systems are up to date with the latest information.
We are hiring for three distinct Program Officer roles, each playing a critical part in delivering Arc's strategy of boosting the capacity of the climate finance ecosystem by coordinating projects from inception to completion across Arc's priority programs. You will be the driving force that ensures seamless collaboration across teams, acting as a go-to source for questions raised by colleagues and external partners, and an anchor for day-to-day coordination across projects and programs. Success in this role will require you to be highly organized, able to multitask and keep track of activities across programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, learn new skills, and dive into the content of Arc's work.
