Factory Operative / Fabricator
Location: Basildon, Essex
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily production schedule to meet output targets
- Use of machinery and hand tools to cut, measure and assemble components
- Work safely when lifting and handling materials
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Support with general duties in a busy manufacturing environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a production or factory environment
- Window fabrication experience is a bonus
- Pays good attention to detail and has a practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety in a manufacturing setting
