Job title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Static site in Chester

Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £40,500 Per annum.

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations
• Building services experience
• 17th or 18th Edition

About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board an electrical engineer to be based on a commercial site in Chester. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime. There is also no call out.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks
