Location: AXA XL Rate of pay: £43,000-£45,000 per annum + Amazing benefits Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Key responsibilities
Assist in creating innovative and seasonally inspired menus that align with modern food trends and meet customer expectations in high-end dining or B&I settings
Manage and mentor a team of 6 chefs, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, task delegation, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Step up as Head Chef in their absence, taking full responsibility for kitchen operations, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Maintain an organised kitchen by coordinating service flow, managing prep schedules, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Source, handle, and prepare high-quality fresh ingredients while maintaining impeccable standards in food presentation and taste
Confidently interact with customers, handling special requests, participating in tastings, and representing the kitchen in front-facing events
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience working within a Corporate or B&I setting is essential.
