Your new role

As a key member of our established team, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  1. Ensuring the timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.
  2. Reviewing and approving credit account applications, including conducting necessary credit checks.
  3. Processing customer credit card payments efficiently.
  4. Managing bank and credit card postings and reconciliations in coordination with the sales ledger.
  5. Resolving issues related to short payments and customer remittances.
  6. Preparing bank lodgements accurately.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in credit control within a commercial environment. You must be capable of working independently and managing your time effectively to meet strict deadlines. Applicants should demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and possess strong overall computer literacy. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting at all levels, both internally and externally.
