An L&D specialist excels at identifying the current and future skills requirements of an organisation, and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and to help design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity.

The ideal Learning and Development Specialist will be / have:

• Familiar with various training methods and techniques
• Positive, creative and organised
• Hospitality experience
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Working knowledge of content development tools and learning management systems
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to operate media equipment, such as personal computers and projectors
• Excellent leadership skills and presentation skills
• Confident in presenting in front of small and large groups
