Warehouse Labourer – £12 per hour – Rugby Manufacturing/Construction/Production

42.5 hours a week

The Role

We are delighted to be working with a very well established and highly regarded joinery company. Quality and innovation are central to their production of doors and frames.

Due to the expansion of their business they are now looking for additional staff to join their production team.

Based in the production site the role consists of accurately assembling door accessories, such as hinges, handles, levers and locks.

Experience of using hand tools is essential and the ability to accurately fit these accessories correctly and in a timely manner critical.

You will be using power tools including drills, screwdrivers and hammers, so the ability to accurately and correctly use these tools is essential.

The Person

Working within a busy environment you will be working closely within a team of production staff working to KPI’s and meeting high standards of quality.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to use hand tools to a high standard, safely and accurately. You may have previously worked on a building site or as a carpenter/carpenters mate or you will be a competent hands on worker.

You will be self motivated, have a positive attitude and be keen to learn.
