The IT Technician will provide first-line support across the business, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with IT infrastructure and software. The role requires experience and, preferably, formal IT qualifications. The successful candidate will work across three local sites, providing hands-on support.

Technical Skills:
Installation, configuration, and support of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Application support, including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and other business applications.
