Job description

Your contribution to our company

  • Act as the coordinator to all staff, in particular, Supervisors and Managers to support compliance with any relevant project or company inductions, site access and egress requirements.
  • Support compliance with competence related Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying training requirements during new starters inductions and/or competence reviews.
  • Deliver Health and Safety orientation training to new hires where appropriate.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of training matrices and relevant audits.
  • Assist in the preparation and process of relevant audits.
  • Assist the Health and Safety team in developing, implementing, maintaining, and enforcing the Company safety program.
  • Ensure any relevant training matrices are complied with by STRABAG employees.
  • Ensure the company is in constant compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements relating to inductions, access and egress requirements and other compliance related competence.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relevant 3rd parties such as training providers, awarding bodies, industry bodies like the CITB or IOSH.
  • Maintain staff records securely.
  • Manage the logistics of all relevant training events, bookings, card applications and storage.
  • Produce relevant management reports when required.
