The Role and You

We are looking for candidates who have flexible schedules and are looking to work part-time in the world of English wine. You must have a gregarious personality and love hosting a group of people or promoting a product and brand you believe in. Experience in viticulture, international wine, wine tasting, or English wine industry knowledge is preferable. However, the most important factors are a willingness to learn, flexibility of schedule, and a personality suited to hosting, promoting, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and fun vineyard tours, educating visitors about wine production and the vineyard's history.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the vineyard's products and ethos.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, tastings, markets, and fairs, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
• Communicate effectively, providing excellent customer service.

Who Are We?

Kinsbrook started as a boutique vineyard and wine producer just outside the village of Thakeham, West Sussex. In November 2022, we opened the doors of Kinsbrook Farmhouse, a Sussex-barn-style building that serves as the heart of our hospitality offering. Kinsbrook is now looking to expand further in both our wine tourism offering on-site and at external locations to push our name and our wine further afield.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected Hours: 2 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Pulborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
