Basic Salary - up to £50,000 -
OTE - up to £55,000 –
Monday to Friday Only -
No Saturdays -

Our client, a long established and reputable family owned garage in Northampton, Northamptonshire have the requirement for experienced Master Technician / Senior Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team.

Master Technician / Senior Technician / Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

As a Master Technician / Senior Technician / Vehicle Technician responsibilities will include:

1. In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics and Trouble Shooting
2. Provide Technical Expertise and guidance to the workshop team
3. Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to the highest standards
4. Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements

Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
2. Current, proven and stable Master Technician / Senior Technician work experience
3. Full UK Driving Licence
4. Own Tools

Desirable Requirements:

1. Manufacturer Master Technician / Senior Technician / Diagnostic Technician Accreditations
2. EV/Hybrid Qualifications
3. MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
On Target Earning of £45,000 - £55,000
Overtime available paid at 1.5 (Time and a Half)
Monday to Friday only
No Saturdays
