As our HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our Air and Sea Logistics business Units, playing a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with Business Unit goals. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders to help shape strategic initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement. Supporting our Head of HR for Air and Sea, and working alongside a team of HR Business Partners, this role will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative strategies as well as providing expert HR guidance to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives across the Business Units.
This is a national role requiring a driving license, as you’ll support stakeholders across the North of England, including Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, and Liverpool branches. The role is hybrid, allowing you to plan your own diary and enjoy a mix of working from home and office locations.
