Customer Service Manager Role:

- £40,000 + Per Annum
- 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Permanent Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the customer service experience and managing the department, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the customer service team.
  2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  3. Handle customer complaints and queries.
  4. Develop positive relationships with customers.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  6. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team.

Essential Skills / Attributes:
  1. Experience in a similar role or leading a team.
  2. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
