Dapt is a Microsoft Partner specialising in delivering modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services. Our mission is to provide scalable, sustainable, and user-friendly solutions that empower our clients to work smarter.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant with strong solution development skills. This is a part-time or permanent role based in or around the London area, combining remote work, occasional client-site visits, and in-office collaboration.
This position is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys designing and building solutions, automating processes, and solving complex challenges using Microsoft 365 technologies. While less client-facing than a traditional consulting role, you’ll still be involved in client engagement during discovery, handover, or support phases, often working alongside our solution architects and senior consultants to ensure high-impact outcomes.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, well-documented Microsoft 365 solutions, particularly across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft Teams
- Contribute to solution architecture by advising on best practices for scalability, security, and usability
- Collaborate with lead consultants and architects to translate client requirements into robust technical solutions
- Participate in technical discovery sessions and client handovers when needed
- Maintain clear documentation for solutions, processes, and deployment steps
- Support the continuous improvement of internal development frameworks and reusable assets
- Provide occasional troubleshooting or support for deployed solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (including admin centres), SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform—especially Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate (Cloud).
- Proven ability to develop low-code/no-code business solutions, with knowledge of governance and platform best practices
- Familiarity with PowerFx, JSON, and ideally PowerShell scripting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of system integration, solution architecture, and information management principles
- Comfortable working independently and in collaborative team environments
- Experience in client-facing or internal stakeholder roles, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven industry experience
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
- Prompt engineering skills and ability to leverage AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, or Dataverse
- A desire to mentor or share knowledge with team members
At Dapt, we believe in rewarding our team not just with a salary, but with meaningful benefits that support both lifestyle and long-term growth:
- Hybrid and flexible working – a mix of remote, office, and client-site work
- Car salary sacrifice scheme – drive a new electric or hybrid vehicle tax-efficiently
- Employee bonus scheme – available following successful probation, based on performance and contribution
- Quarterly team meet-ups and regular knowledge-sharing sessions
- Clear progression opportunities within a forward-thinking Microsoft Partner with a passion for innovation
