We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join a long-standing regional law firm, based in Sutton Coldfield, working within their legal support division.

Overview

An excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working within their legal support division, who is looking to join a firm that prides itself on being exceptional in fields of law and provides rewarding career opportunities within a growing department.

Key Duties
  1. Provide one-to-one support to a solicitor
  2. Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone, and face to face
  3. Case management & diary management
  4. Managing files and tight deadlines
  5. Handling dictation
  6. Assisting with general administrative duties
