HGV Tipper Driver

Job Description

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for operating Class 2 tippers to transport materials to various locations. While previous tipper experience is not required, you must hold a Class 2 licence for a minimum of 12 months. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Safely operating Class 2 tippers.
2. Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
3. Handling and completing necessary paperwork.
4. Presenting yourself professionally at all times.
5. Adhering to all safety and company regulations.

Duration: Ongoing and adhoc available

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £16 p/h basic, £160 per day, £800 per week. Overtime paid at time and a third. Bank Holidays paid at time and a half.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 0600-0800 start, averaging 10 hour shifts, 50 hours a week.

Experience & Qualifications

Candidates require:

• UK Licence with Class 2 entitlement, held for a minimum of 12 months (Tipper experience is NOT required).
• CPC card.
• Digital Tachograph card.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle paperwork.
