At Kimpton Fitzroy London, we are looking for a Bartender to join us in Fitz’s Russell Sq.

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!

As a Bartender, we will support you to:

• Be yourself - bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are!
• Lead yourself – we trust you to make decisions and exert your creativity in order to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections.
• Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Bartender is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A flexible approach to shifts, but it is important to remember you may be finishing after midnight almost every day.
