Mental Health Practitioner

We are currently working with a Local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join their Home Based Treatment Team based in Lancaster.

What’s on offer:

• Team: Home Based Treatment Team
• Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours (long days), however part time/flexible working requests will be considered
• Contract length: 3-6 month initial contract with the view of extension
• Location: Community based in Lancaster
• Rate of pay: £25p/h Umbrella

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or OT with a professional registration.
