This is an exciting opportunity to join the Club as U10 Lead Coach on a part-time seasonal contract (18 hours per week) for 2025/26 season, commencing 23rd June 2025.
As part of this role, the successful candidate will support, guide, and direct talented young players to maximise their potential in sporting performance & personal excellence and support the delivery of relevant, innovative & enjoyable coaching practices.
As U10 Lead Coach, you will be responsible for developing young players who aspire to play high-quality possession-based football for ECFC and beyond. You will prepare for & coach three training sessions per week with a designated age group and prepare for & coach an age group match as part of the games programme with a designated age group.
