Responsibilities

1. Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves, tailored to individual client preferences.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good working order.
3. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide professional advice on styles and products.
4. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and hair styling techniques to provide the best possible service.
6. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

1. Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
2. A customer-oriented approach is vital, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
