The Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor will work alongside 3 Partners in delivering technically stimulating, large scale projects across several sectors including residential, commercial, sports, infrastructure, and data centres.

The successful Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor shall take on management responsibilities, alongside carrying out a traditional cost management role:

1. Preparing cost plans independently.
2. Managing the M&E costs.
3. Providing commercial advice to clients.
4. Pre and post contract services.

1. M&E or MEP background within a UK construction consultancy.
2. MRICS or committed to achieving.
3. Completed a RICS accredited degree.
4. Professional and enthusiastic.
5. Pre and post cost management knowledge.
6. Good cost planning experience.

1. £90,000 - £110,000.
2. Route to Director.
