Are you a Master looking for a great work-life balance with excellent career advancement opportunities? Stena Line is looking for an experienced Master with ferry experience to join our fleet pool!

In this role, you will be a key support to our deck teams onboard while developing your skills and knowledge on our vessels. The role has no set location; you will have the opportunity to work on all of our Irish Sea vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Master has the overall responsibility and ultimate authority to ensure the safety of the vessel, crew, and cargo, and the protection of the environment.
  2. The Master is accountable for the everyday management and running of the vessel and is the Company’s onboard representative.
  3. Responsible for implementing the Company Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and ensuring compliance with the Company Safety Management System.

Qualifications:
- Valid STCW training and ENG1 certificate
- Master's Unlimited COC
- Proven ship handling and command experience on ferries
