The Exec Head of a stunning boutique hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company which will give you the chance to progress to Head Chef and be part of setting up new sites.
Requirements:
An experienced Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens to a minimum of 2AA rosette standard is essential.
