Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage teams within the Criminal Law Department
2. Oversee complex criminal cases and ensure excellent client representation
3. Develop strategies to enhance client trust and case outcomes
4. Implement innovative approaches to navigating the Criminal Justice System
5. Build and maintain the firm's reputation and client base
6. Contribute to the firm's growth in profitability and market presence

Requirements:

1. Experience in Criminal Defence with strong business acumen
2. A commitment to a long-term career in Criminal Law
3. Knowledge of modern technology and how it applies to Criminal Law practice
4. Creative, strategic thinker with excellent client-relations skills
5. Leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and supporting junior team members
