Role: Intermediate Electrical Engineer
Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid.
Location: London, Liverpool Street.

We're looking for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer in London, with a background in Building Services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing designs for a full range of electrical building services.
• Providing relevant contributions to the ongoing development of health and safety plans and files.
• Executing troubleshooting exercises associated with energy consumption and the provision of suitable internal conditions.
• Preparing planned maintenance specifications and contract management.
• Overseeing energy strategies and Part L compliance with projects.
• Maintaining client relationships and securing repeat business through quality work.
• Helping with fee proposals and negotiation of appointments.
• Actively participating in the development of individual team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in the design of electrical building services, ideally 1-3 years.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project aims are met.
• Supporting role in business development and promotion of the company.
