International Account Executive

Who We Are

Building Radar was founded in 2015, originally focused on lead generation for the construction industry. In 2021, we pivoted to a Revenue Engineering platform, leveraging AI-driven insights, sales enablement, and CRM integration to revolutionise the sector. After securing €6.5M in Series A funding in 2024, we're scaling into the UK and US markets, building on traction from German client introductions and inbound leads.

Now, we’re looking for a high-performing International Account Executive to drive new business, own the full sales cycle, and play a key role in our global expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals in the UK & North America.
  • Build strong relationships with Heads of Sales & Managing Directors at major construction product manufacturers.
  • Drive pipeline growth, leveraging inbound leads and SDR support to expand market reach.
  • Establish a structured, repeatable sales approach, helping to scale our international sales function.
  • Play a key role in shaping the UK & US market, working closely with leadership.
  • Potential to step into a leadership role, mentoring future team members as we grow.
What Success Looks Like

First 6 Months

  • Own the sales process from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals in the UK & North America.
  • Close first deals, aligning with our typical enterprise sales cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with Heads of Sales and Managing Directors at large building product manufacturers.
  • Establish yourself as the key UK & international sales lead, working independently but with leadership support.

12-18 Months

  • Develop and implement a structured, repeatable sales strategy for international markets.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets, driving significant international revenue growth.
  • Prepare for leadership responsibilities, mentoring and leading a growing sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong enterprise sales expertise – comfortable navigating long (6-month) sales cycles.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, startup environment.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite & senior decision-makers at £50M+ revenue companies.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, embedding products into customer workflows.
  • Experience selling into the UK & US market is a big plus.
