Job description

Temp Job - Stock Condition / Asset Building Surveyor

A busy Housing Association needs support for initially 3 months within their Asset Management Team. There is the opportunity for temp to perm.

Working closely with the Asset Management team, you will be carrying out stock condition surveys on the components and assets of the housing stock. You will provide assurance that the stock condition data is accurate and up to date in order for accurate predictions of future investment needed. By reviewing surveys to identify any data gaps or trends, looking at component data, decent homes, HHSRS and energy data, you will then also need to carry out on-site Stock Condition Validation Surveys across selected sites.

This role is hybrid working, with 1-2 days in the office and the rest with site survey visits to social housing properties and WFH where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You will be an experienced Social Housing Surveyor with strong IT skills.
  • You will have either a HNC or a degree or worked your way up from a building trade into Surveying.
  • It is essential that you have Social Housing Surveying experience.
