Audiologist - Independent Hearing Care Provider

Location: Cumbria

Salary: £40,000 (OTE £90,000+) Up to 20% Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Gym Membership + Company Car or Car Allowance

Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registered | Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologists | Or Awaiting Registration.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experienced or Newly Qualified | Training is Provided

Working Week:

As an Audiologist, you’ll work across 3-5 locations within around a 1-hour commute from your home, bringing variety to your day-to-day role while maintaining a strong connection with each practice. You won’t be tied to one clinic, but you’ll still be part of a wider, supportive team that values collaboration and shared expertise. With a Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am - 5:30pm), you’ll enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekend commitments.
