Job description

A dynamic international family is looking for an experienced and flexible retainer nanny to provide high-quality care for their baby, with occasional support for an older sibling (about 1/3 of the year during school holidays). This role is ideal for a professional nanny who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to the family's changing needs.

About the Role:

1. You will be on retainer, ensuring availability when required.
2. You will be working as part of a rota team with nannies placed by Leaman Consulting.
3. The family will provide at least one week's notice before you go on rota.
4. Mostly UK-based (London & Edinburgh) with some international travel (including LA).
5. The primary focus is on the youngest (B15m), with occasional care for the older sibling, particularly during holidays and travel.
6. Responsibilities include engaging activities, educational, developmental support, meal preparation (experience with weaning is essential), and light child-related housekeeping.

About You:

1. Experienced in baby care, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones and children's education.
2. Adaptable and professional, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
3. Active and energetic - able to engage in play and activities with the older child when needed.
4. Comfortable working in a household with a structured routine.
