IT Systems Manager
Kingswinford
Up to £50,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (Friday until 16:30)
Permanent, Fully office based

Join our client, a forward-thinking organisation, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CRM systems and enhancing our marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with various departments and leveraging technology to drive results.

What You'll Do:

1. Maintain and manage the ongoing functionality of CRM systems.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external I.T solutions to ensure seamless operations.
3. Oversee company website performance, ensuring high engagement levels, creating engaging content for our website.
4. Develop and implement reporting tools for data management and insights.

Who You Are:

1. Proficient in Salesforce with a solid understanding of reporting tools. Familiarity with Sage CRM is a plus but not mandatory.
2. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and coding is advantageous but not essential.
3. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
4. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with various teams.
