BMS Lead Service Engineer Opportunity in Sussex

£45,000 - £55,000

Are you an experienced BEMS Engineer seeking a new opportunity? I am currently representing a reputable company who are looking to take an experienced client to cover Sussex.

Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering a best-in-class service, prioritising customer satisfaction.
  2. Taking ownership of your customer base and meeting/exceeding contractual requirements.
  3. Collaborating with customers to identify and resolve operational issues.
  4. Working closely with account management and administration teams to deliver on-field quotations, proactively identifying solutions for improvements, energy savings, upgrades, or repairs.
  5. Identifying energy and enhancement projects and opportunities, offering helpful suggestions for both parties.
  6. Participating in the team call-out rota and supporting other team members where possible.
  7. Developing technical and industry knowledge through participation in various manufacturer and BCIA training opportunities.
