Business Travel Consultant Overnight Hours

Business Travel Consultant, Overnight Hours - Homeworker Required for an expanding business travel company. They are looking for a very experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo and manual ticket re-issue experience to join the team. Paying £34,500 + £2,000-£3,000 p/m shift uplift pay.

Duties:

• Dealing with a range of clients, mostly UK based.
• Booking flights, car hire, rail, and hotels using Galileo.
• Problem solving, making amendments, date changes, re-issues, etc.

Skills required:

• Previous business travel consultant experience.
• Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
• Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Additional Information:

• Home based.
• Working hours: 20:00 - 08:00, working 9 or 10 hour days.
• Working 4 days on and 3 days off.
• Paying £34,000 + 15% pay uplift between 22:00 - 08:00, approximately £2,000-£3,000 extra a month.
• Training: 2 weeks in Birmingham, 1 week at home, and 1 week in Birmingham (paid for).
• 25 days holiday.
