Learning Support Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:

1. Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a Reception class
2. Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
3. Lead phonics sessions and facilitate small group learning
4. Support the class teacher with general TA duties across the EYFS setting

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:

1. Prior EYFS experience is ideal
2. Strong understanding of SEN and phonics is essential
3. Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach
4. Ability to engage and support young learners effectively
