Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end files for auditors.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
• Reporting to management on financial performance and making recommendations.
• Implementation of cost control measures.
• Working closely with other teams to drive financial performance.
• Regularly reviewing financial processes and procedures to ensure efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Management Accountant will be:

• Part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
• Previous experience preparing or managing month-end accounts
• An excellent written and verbal communicator
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc)
• Able to work to tight deadlines
